Privacy policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website or contact us.
Controller
The operator named in the legal notice is responsible for processing data on this website. You can reach us about data protection at the email address given there.
Applicable law
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where applicable, in particular for enquiries from the European Union, we also observe the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Visiting the website and hosting
The website is delivered via Cloudflare. When you access it, technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information is processed to deliver the website securely and reliably. Cloudflare may set a technically necessary security cookie. Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland and the EU, for example the USA; recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used for this.
Enquiry form
If you contact us using the form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, optionally telephone, hotel or company, location, period and message) solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. The message is delivered to our inbox via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Enquiries are not stored in a website database.
Talent introductions
If you introduce yourself as a talent, we use your details only to assess a possible collaboration and do not pass them on to hotels without your consent.
Retention
We keep enquiries only as long as necessary to handle them and to meet statutory retention obligations. Talent introductions that are not pursued are deleted after 12 months at the latest, unless you agree to longer retention.
No tracking
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, social media plugins or embedded third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own website.
Your rights
You can request information about your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted and object to its processing. In Switzerland you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, the competent supervisory authority.
